My name is William (Bill) Whipple and I had a brother Wendell who pre deceased me in 1994. Our family is from RI and SE CT. My father was Philip Wendell Whipple. We live in Land O Lakes, FL.
Your William sounds like wonderful man. So sorry for your loss. I know that he will Rest In Peace and the comfort of our Lord.

I remember Bill and Elizabeth from Sub-District in the 1950's when you all were at Graves and my father, Earl Duke, was at Lumpkin. Bill always impressed me. His character and gifts for ministry shone through! I lift you all up in prayer.
