Carol Wallace Obituary

Carol Wallace, 86, went to our Lord on Wednesday, Sept 17, 2025. Carol was born Feb 3, 1939, to Larry and Irene Omundson.

Carol is survived by her husband, Jim Wallace; her children, Karen Gowen (Spencer), Susan Simmons (Don) snf Guy Wallace (Brooke); nine grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and her two sisters, Janet and Patty.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Jerry.

Visitation is from 3 to 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 23, at Brown Funeral Home, 306 College St., Elizabethtown,with services to immediately follow at 6 p.m.

Serving as pall bearers are Ryan Cross, Billy and Matt Simmons, Jagger and Canton Wallace and Neema Yazdani.

Carol will be laid to rest at a burial service at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 24, at Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens.

Donations in Carol's memory may be made to Grace Lutheran Church in Vine Grove, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Tunnel to Towers.
