Christopher Anstey Obituary

Christopher John Anstey was born June 11, 1980, in Atlantic, to Kelli Anstey and passed away Saturday, Dec. 12, 2015, at the Cass County Memorial Hospital in Atlantic at the age of 35.
Chris grew up in Atlantic and attended the Atlantic School System graduating from Atlantic High in 1998. He then attended Iowa State University in Ames. He was employed by Plastic Professionals in Atlantic.
Chris was a computer wizard and loved skyping with his son. He was an Iowa State Cyclone fan and enjoyed watching the series, Adult Swim. His favorite enjoyment was getting together with family and friends.
Preceding Chris in death were his grandparents, Larry and Mary Anne Anstey.
Those surviving Chris are his mother, Kelli Anstey of Atlantic; his son, Dante Anstey of Humbolt. Ariz.; the mother of his son, Kendall Drake of Humbolt; aunt, Jodi (Delbert) Littleton of Atlantic; uncles, Greg Anstey and Anthony "Ant" Anstey both of Atlantic; cousin, Shea Young; and many great aunts, uncles and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Friday, Dec. 18, at Hockenberry Family Care in Atlantic, with visitation the same day from 9 – 10:30 a.m.
Family will also visit with friends at a lunch in Hockenberry's community room following the memorial service.
Burial will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery in Massena.
