Charles M. Osgood passed away January 14, 2013. He leaves behind Neva, his wife of 55 years; son, Bob Osgood (Wende); daughter, Christy Watkins (Scott); and grandchildren: Duncan Osgood, Abby Watkins and Zach Watkins.
Chuck had a love of trucks from early childhood that never faded and he worked in trucking throughout his career. He was born to Milton and Erma Osgood in Oroville, Calif., on April 26, 1935. His mother passed away when he was three years old and he was raised by his maternal grandparents in Clipper Mills, Calif. It is there that a private family memorial service will be held. No other services are planned according to his wishes.
