Dave Macpherson was my 1st Principal at Placer School for Adults. I was so grateful when he hired me and I still am till this day "20 years later"...
Dave you will be missed by me and by many from the community. I will never forget the bagels every Friday even after you retired, you kept them coming...

I will always be grateful to Dave for hiring me at Colfax High School in 1985. It turned my life around at that time. As principal he was a very generous and caring person to work for. Rest in peace Dave. You will be missed.

Mr. Macpherson was the principal at Colfax when I was there (1977).He was the best, he would walk the halls talking to everyone, as well as going outside to check on the football field. He will be very missed.
