Becky,
I was so sad to hear of Don's passing. There are so many great memories of our times together. It doesn't seem like that long ago. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. Keep in touch so I will know you are doing OK. I'm sorry I won't be there for the service.

Becky,

Don was truly a much loved member of our railroad family in Roseville. We are saddened by the news of his passing and we will miss him deeply. Through the years, his sly smile often told us that he was up to no good, that someone was going to catch the brunt of his playfulness and then there would be the hearty laugh that would follow. His thoughtfulness of and towards each of his co-workers was and is legendary. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you, your family. And for Don, go with God, my Brother and now that your life’s toils are over, may you rest in peace. Until we meet again.

Don was a great guy and a very talented machinist. I worked with him and then when I became a Supervisor he work for me. He had the respect and admiration of many employees at the railroad and was known as one of the best locomotive inspectors around.

Becky,
Our Blessings and prayers reach out to you. Upon reflection of Don's passing it brought back great memories of you two and sharing family times and playing cards after getting off work at midnight. Also how our kids looked like yours with the red hair and people thought we were related.
I'm just sorry that I won't be there for the services.
Bless you...
