Evelyn Blakely Obituary

Evelyn Helena Blakley, 92, passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, May 28, 2018 in Sacramento, California. She was born on September 6, 1925 at Salida, Colorado. Evelyn was preceded in death by her parents Anthony, Nellie Knipp and her great granddaughter Lily Payne. She is survived by her loving children Mickey Sharp, Merva Stallions, Lory Claiborne, Marlin Sharp, grandchildren Melissa Stallions, David M. Stallions, Aaron Sharp, Aileen English, Melody, Sharp, Michael Sharp, Zachery Sharp, Jessica Sharp, Jayson Claiborne, Jayme Payne, 11 great grandchildren and 1 ½ great-great grand children. Evelyn touched many lives and will be truly missed by all who were honored to know her and who loved her. Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 3, 2018 at 4 p.m. and Rosary to follow at 7 p.m. at Chapel of the Hills 1331 Lincoln Way, Auburn, California. A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, June 4, 2018 at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Auburn, California. Burial will follow at New Auburn Cemetery.
