I was so shocked and saddened to hear about Heather's passing. I was a former classmate of Heathers in Bolton. I can't imagine the pain you all are feeling right now. Please accept my heartfelt condolences. I truly hope she is at peace after her long and courageous battle.

Paul - forgive my thoughtless omission of your name in our previous message. I have been reading your incredible journal of Heather's long journey with this horrible illness and am convinced that no one could have been more wonderful, caring and loving....may you find peace knowing that you could not have done more.....and that your love and devotion were beyond all else...God bless you and Paulie....

I have known Heather and her sister, Laura, since we were kids in Bolton. She was a kind, compassionate person whom I had the pleasure of continuing to spend time with when we worked at BVH. She always followed her heart and I always admired her for that. I am so sorry to hear about her passing. Condolences to her family.

Heather was a special person who left a light in the heart of everyone she met. Having worked with her at BVH in CT, her generous and caring spirit was appreciated every day. She lived life without fear and with grace. My deepest sympathy to Paul, Paulie and her family.
