Susanne Marie Hoffman-White, 47, of Auburn passed away May 7, 2018 after a fierce yet brief battle with cancer. She passed while surrounded by her entire family and embraced with the kind of love and affection that she always shared and cherished most.
Susanne was born to John and Brenda Hoffman, April 4, 1971, at Travis AFB, California. She married Bruce Johnson Jr. of Vacaville in 1992 with whom she shared the joy of their eldest daughter, Rae-Anne. In 2000 she married Ira White, and with that, her joy in life multiplied with the birth of their daughter Cara. Both Bruce and Ira remained her dear friends and her daughters' fathers whom she adored throughout life.
She was most proud of the greatest joys in her life, her two beautiful daughters, Rae-Anne and Cara.
From beginning to end, Susanne also shared her timeless bond with her best friend and younger brother, Sam.
Professionally, her passion for non-profit brought her to a career as the Deputy-Director at the California Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds (CalARVC). Here she found a work-family that she loved deeply.
Susanne is survived by her two daughters: Rae-Anne Johnson- Knutson, and Cara White, of Auburn; Son In-Law: Kyle Knutson, of Auburn; Parents: John and Brenda Hoffman, of Vacaville; Siblings: Seth Hoffman, of Vacaville, Sharon DeBo, of Woodland, Sondra Hoffman, of Vacaville, and Samuel Hoffman, of San Jose; four nephews, two nieces and her expanded family embraced in love.
The family will be holding a celebration of life in Susanne's honor on June 9, 2018 at Andrews Park in Vacaville, CA at 12 noon.
