Tomas Carbajal, a loving husband, father, and grandfather, passed away in Roseville on Tuesday, April 15, 2008 surrounded by his family and loved ones.
He was born in Mexico City, Mexico on March 7, 1921. He came to the U.S. in 1944 and worked at the Southern Pacific Railroad Company for 33 years until his retirement in 1983.
He is survived by his wife, who he loved dearly, Micaela Carbajal, and his five sons; three daughters; 22 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
A viewing, including a rosary will be held at 6 p.m. on Monday, April 21, at the Lambert Funeral Home from 4-7 p.m. The funeral will be held at the St. Rose Catholic Church on Tuesday, April 22, 2008 at 10 a.m.
