Anthony E. "Tony" Iannone
AUBURN - Anthony E. "Tony" Iannone, 80, of Auburn, died Thursday, October 12, 2023, following a brief illness.
Tony was a life resident of the Auburn area and owned and operated Tony's Barber Shop for the past 56 years.
He was a former member of the Prison City Ramblers, enjoyed NASCAR, reading and Western movies. He was a fan of the Yankees and Pittsburgh Steelers.
Tony is survived by his two sons: Anthony (Stephanie) Iannone of Charlotte, NC, and Michael (Barbara) Iannone of Seneca Falls; and his granddaughter, Sabrina Iannone; he is also survived by his sister, Maryann Martinez of Auburn; nephews: Rick and Dean Martinez; and close friends, Lee and Marguerite Dow. He was predeceased by his wife, Carla (Pioli) Iannone in 2022.
Committal services will be conducted at 12:45 PM Wednesday, October 18, 2023 in St. Joseph's Cemetery Mausoleum. There are no prior calling hours.

To Iannone Family, Please accept our most sincere condolences of the recent loss of Tony. He was my barber for many years until he recently closed. He was a Car Lover as my wife is. My wife and I saw him out ,and talked car's for nearly a hour one time. I will miss having him cut my hair, and our talks together. He was a "Good Guy", and will be sadly missed by many.
