Betty S. Minturn, 82, of Auburn, passed away on Friday, Jun 27, 2025 at the Commons. She was born on December 19, 1942 in Washington, D.C. to the late James and Frances Jameson Hipsley.
She completed business school after high school and worked in business administration until she married (Ronald Minturn-deceased) and moved to Auburn.
She was a dedicated, loving mother that nurtured and supported her children and grandchildren, always putting them before herself. She maintained her sense of humor and graciousness despite her limitations the last few years.
She is survived by her
Children: Kimberly Beardsley and her husband Brett
James Minturn and his wife Shawn
Valerie Minturn
Elizabeth Minturn
Catherine Minturn
Six Grandchildren: Benjamin, Jackson, Ayeesha, Anthony, Brodi, and Daron
Two great grandchildren
