I work with Lt. Walters for many years. He was a highly respected supervisor at when he correctional facility. The lieutenant Walters was a great man with a great sense of humor, which to always kid him why is he a New York Giants fan and he lives in Buffalo. He was a straight up guy and he will be missed. Lt Walter was the BEST! We did hearings together at Wende CF. I always thought the best of him. He taught me so much when we worked together at Wende and afterwards when I did the hearings. So sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.
