To The Arnold Family,
I am so sorry that Josh's life had to come to an end like this. I personaly know the kids fairly well. I know that Josh wouldn't hav wished for this to happen. He was a gentilman, and so nice to people he diddn't even know, or even renember. He was always very welcoming. My best wishes to your whole family. and again i'm so sorry for your loss.

Days have come and gone, we now must move forward. So great, so wonderful how so many people gathered to share their emotions,their thoughts, their prayers, their support to cope with this tragic time in your lives.
Josh touched the lives of many. So many thought the world of him, his silly personality, that he could put a smile when one was down, and he was a best friend to ao many.

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.
Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."
It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man.
God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.
When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.
I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.
There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.
If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.
So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.
And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.

Josh was truely a gift from God. He gave him to us, and now he has taken him away. But He gave him to us for you to be our teacher, and teach us he did. He taught us how to live. How to live freely, with no regrets. How to have the
time of our lives because time is all we really have. How to live, laugh, love.... He loved to live, he made us all laugh, and we all loved him for that. My thoughts and prayers go out to your family. May his memory bring tears of happiness in this time of sadness.

I didnt know Josh as well as i could have, but i still mourn over his lost. You are a great guy would do anything for anyone of Your friends without a second thought. I read the words in a message from a friend. As soon as those words went through my mind my thoughts went back to the good old days in Green Acres. I remember waiting for the bus with Caitlin and Josh every morning watching Zaboomafoo. I remember being in that tree fort that Bob biult, I remember Bob's amazing shika-bobs. Its hard to believe that an amazing part of my past I will never get to see again. I can't get those memories out of my head and i don't ever want to I don't want to forget the good times with you. I don't want to forget the second family I had because I believe if we started to get closer everything would fall right back into place, except an important person would be missing. I can't imagine what any of you guys are going through you guys loved Josh so much. I wish I was there to try and help you find comfort or peace but it's hard how do you find peace in life when someone so precious was taken out of it. Kim and Bob I am sorry I can not be at the services if I could be there I would in a heartbeat I hope you know that. Caitlin I'm sorry we grew apart and know that I never forgot you and never will. Cody you were always like a little brother to me and if I were there I would give you a big hug even though it wouldn't help now, I know you looked up to Josh, still do that because he was amazing and you can carry on his kindness. Kala I'm going with you on this one it's like it's not real. It feels like I could go to New York and look up Josh somewhere if I wanted to see him. But when I see a picture of him or someone says his name my thoughts go back to that message I got and I know he's gone. I can't look at him in a picture without crying now, I didn't realize how important he still was to me. I love you Josh Arnold and I will miss you forever. Kim, Bob, Kala, Caitlin, and Cody I'm so very sorry for your loss and if there is any comfort in my words I hope it be this: Josh was a unique person and his love, humor, and kindness has obviously touched everyone he's ever met. You were lucky to have such an amazing son and I was lucky enough to spend an amazing childhood with him and his family.

Josh you will be missed greatly. When Jay started hanging out with you, I asked him "who is that loud kid?" Then I got to know you more. Everytime you were at my parents house we were all laughing! Remember the time you came back to the house with vest on full of chew, saying that you could DJ my wedding because you have a nice outfit to wear lol! You were a great kid and a great friend to Jay! Jay or any of my other family members, will ever forget you!

Josh, as time goes by it becomes harder and harder to accept the fact that you are gone. You were invincible, you ran things. People looked up to and admired you for your ability to be so fun and care free all the time. I know i did. You helped me become the person i am today Josh. I will miss you man.
