Audrey Damato Obituary
A Celebration of her life will be held at 12:00 noon on Monday, June 4, 2018 at Word of Life Church at Keg Creek with Pastor Sonny Jones officiating. Burial will follow at Bellevue Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held at the church for one hour prior to the service.
Audrey enjoyed camping and traveling with her husband, but her life centered around her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and her family. She was a devoted prayer warrior whose greatest desire was for everyone to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as their Savior.
In addition to her husband Ray, she is survived by her daughters, Margaret Chatraw (Darrell), Terrie English (Royce), and Kay Smith (Billy); her sister, Noretta George Smith; and her grandchildren, Jason Chatraw (Janel), Aaron Chatraw (Lesy), Malinda Billings (Tim), Tracy Turner (Drew), Roej English (Kim), Amy Cowan (Mike), Whit Vann (Elizabeth), and Hannah Vann (Reza), as well as eighteen great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to Heartland Hospice at 153 Davis Road, Augusta, GA, 30907 or to the Augusta Rescue Mission, 526 Walker Street, Augusta, GA, 30901.
