Christopher Hickman Obituary
Thomson, GA—Entered into rest on Thursday, June 17, 2021, Christopher Brian Hickman, 47, loving husband of Erin Bangs Hickman.
Chris was born in Augusta, GA and graduated from Lakeside High School in 1993. He was the proud owner and establisher of CBH Excavation. He was a loving and devoted husband and father. Chris was especially proud of his son and daughter. He enjoyed teaching his children the skills in life he valued so much. He enjoyed skeet shooting, bird hunting, and riding 4-wheelers with his son Christopher. There was nothing that made him prouder than watching his daughter excel at horse riding. Chris was a giving man who always wanted to help those he loved.
Family members in addition to his wife include his children: Christopher Hickman and Caroline Hickman; father: the late Ellis Hickman (Karen); mother: Barbara Hickman; brother: Matthew Hickman (Brittany); sister: Emilie Hickman; mother-in-law Janine Bangs and sister-in-law Sarah Bangs and other loving family members.
A memorial service will be held Monday, June 21, 2021 at 4:00 P.M. in the chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son with Father Mark Ross officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 262 Danny Thomas Place Memphis, TN 38105.

I was so very sad to see the news of Chris´s passing ! He will forever be in my heart and mind as one of the finest, hardworking man I had the privilege of knowing !
