Christopher Newton Obituary
Mr. Newton, a native of Richmond County was a 2011 graduate of Greenbriar High School where he played football. He attended Augusta Tech and Augusta University.
Survivors include his mother, Romaine R. Newton, Grovetown, GA; two brothers, Michael W. (Tyra) Newton, Jr., North Augusta, SC and Jonathan Y. (Janet) Newton, Sr., Bowie, MD; a sister, Bernadette (Ernest Turner) Graves, Norfolk, VA; grandmother, Vina Mae Saunders, Key West, FL; 4 nephews, 2 nieces; a host of other relatives and friends. Friends may visit the residence or after 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
