NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. - Funeral Services for Mr. Christopher "Crispy" Rowley, 31 , who entered into rest November 6, 2013, will be conducted Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clock from the Posey Funeral Chapel. Rev. Wesley Weatherford officiating. Interment in Pineview Memorial Park. Christopher was a life-long resident of North Augusta and was a member of Oasis Baptist Church. He loved God, attending church and spending time with his family and friends. Christopher graduated from North Augusta High School in 2000, was a former deputy in Richmond County and MCG Fire and Safety employee. Currently, he worked at Carolina Cover Tech. Christopher was an avid Georgia Bulldog Fan who loved WWE wrestling, NASCAR and Dale Earnhardt, Jr., playing golf and riding dirt bikes. Survivors include a son, Jacob Rowley, Aiken, SC; a daughter, Kaylee Rowley, Aiken, SC; his mother, Carolyn Rowley, North Augusta; two brothers, Jason Rowley, Augusta, GA and John Ortega, Jr., New York, NY; two uncles, Johnny Baker, North Augusta, SC and James McCraw, Benson, NC; several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Rhyman Lyons, Zach Smith, Dustin Snead, Jason Rowley, Adam Stoll and Steven Hammett. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday evening from 5 until 7.
