Betty, Marion and April,

I was so sorry to hear of Leroy's passing. I have enjoyed knowing him and each of you over the years. When I returned to the workforce in November of 2002, my path crossed with his again each month at the ESF8 meeting where he enjoyed a Smoak's cinnamon roll and coffee. May your memories of him be of comfort during this time.

Fondly, Cyd Masters

I've known Leroy since I started in EMS in the late 70's. I've watched and admired the way he has dealt with families during very bad times. I also have had the personal experience of Leroy making a horrible situation a bearable one. He was loved, admired and respected by many. He is going to be missed!
