May the family be surrounded by the loving arms of Jesus at this time. Thank God for the time he was with you. I am Geneva Dosey Murphy sister in law living in Greenville, SC. Will never forget Dorsey and his son Percell in Boston. Much love to you all.

Uncle Joe was a kind, strong, gentle, God fearing man. I am the better blessed because of the example that he set for me and all of us that had the pleasure of knowing him. His love for his nuclear family and all descendants of the Fulcher Family was unmatched. We have truly lost our Patriarch. May the peace of God be with his daughter, grandchildren and great grandchildren. May his comfort also surround all of us connected to the Fulcher Family. We love you Uncle Joe and we will miss you dearly!

Dea. Fulcher was a very caring and easy to talk with. I enjoyed seeing and talking with him each time he came to visit at the Franklin Covenant. His living and teaching has left a legacy for his grandchildren. May you fine comfort in your memories.

Joseph is a Godly and good man and my family is all the better for knowing him and his honorable family. Although we won't see each other for some time, his wisdom will be with us always. So let us not be sad, take comfort in knowing Joseph is walking and talking face to face with the Lord Jesus Christ. All of our love to Mr. Joseph Fulcher's family.

To the Fulcher family, our prayers and condolences are extended to you. Although we hadn't seen our cousin since our grandmother (Rosa L. Fulcher-Owens) passed, we didn't forget him. May the Lord bless you with His peace.
