Julian Cole Cooper

Retired Minister AUGUSTA, Ga. - Entered into rest on May 10, 2003, Mr. Julian Cole Cooper, husband of Mrs. Betty Ruth Screws Cooper, Augusta. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Julia Cooper Seigler, Augusta; a cousin, Mrs. Sara T. Garner, Augusta; close friends, William and Carolyn Presley, North Augusta and two grandchildren. Mr. Cooper was born in Augusta to the late Julian G. and Willie Mae Brown Cooper. He was a retired minister and former owner of Clearwater Aluminum Products. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. Graveside services will be Monday at 3 p.m., at Hillcrest Memorial Park with Rev. Heyward Horton officiating. Friends may call Monday from 1 to 2:30 p.m., at Hatcher Funeral Home, Augusta.
