Patrick Robert Dechant

1992 - 2018

Patrick Robert Dechant (Patty), 25, of Martinez GA left us on Monday, April 16, 2018.

He was born in Eagle Lake, TX on June 27, 1992.

Patrick only lived a short time in Texas before he, his brother Steven, and their mom moved first to Tennessee for a few years, then to Martinez, GA in 2001. As a child, Patrick enjoyed soccer and skateboarding. Later he liked video games and spending time with his friends.

Patrick was attending Athens Tech in Athens, GA and was planning to go on to pursue Engineering.

He was a spirited young man who loved making others laugh and enjoyed life.

Patrick is survived by his mother Teri Dechant, brother Steven Dechant of Martinez, nephew Phoenix Dechant of Lincolnton, uncles, aunts, and lots of cousins.

Preceded in death by grandparents and one cousin.

Funeral service will be 1:00 P.M. Monday, April 23, 2018, visitation will be 2 hours prior to the service, from the chapel of Thomas L. King Funeral Home.

Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
