WAYNESBORO, Ga. - Perrin L. Smith, 78, went to be with the Lord Friday, August 23, 2013. He retired from Georgia Power after 33 years of service. He is survived by his wife, Irma Smith; 2 sons, Troy Smith (Kay) and Billy Lariscy; a daughter, Wanda Griner (Bobby); 6 grandchildren, Rhett and Dylan Smith, Adam Lariscy (Bridgett), Breanna Kilpatrick (Charles), Hannah Sammons (Brooks), and Billy Lariscy III; 3 great grandchildren, Jackson, Branson, and Logan; 3 sisters, Helen Tindal (Bill), Gail Mosley, and Ollie Rocket; a brother, Ty Smith (Alice); a special niece, Naleeta Ramfjord (Alan) and Mandy, and several nieces and nephews. Graveside Services will be 3pm Sunday, August 25 at Burke Memorial Gardens. After the service, the family will receive friends at the graveside. Reverend Jerry Sharpe will officiate.
