I would like to extend my heartfelt condolences to Karen and to the rest of the family. I met Mr. K when I was stationed at Ft. Gordon in the early 90's and he took me under his wing as a daughter. He was a wonderful person, mentor, and friend who would always keep it "real" when giving advice. I will miss him dearly.

April 6, 2013

Mr. Kendrick, the world has lost a star. I remember we I first met you as a young SPC in 2001 at Darling Hall in the Security Division. A lot of the Soldiers that worked in that Department looked at your as a father. You always took care of us and assisted us in many things, in the office and outside the office. You will be missed. My prayers are with your family and know that we love you always. CPT Schnicka Singleton

My deepest sympathy to the family. You have lost a beloved family member and we have lost a great friend. Those of us that knew him back in the day called him Junior. He was a Brother, a friend, a veteran, a co-worker and at one time a next door neighbor. He will be missed by all who knew him and although it's difficult today to see beyond the sorrow, may looking back in memory help confort you tomorrow.

My prayers and condolences to Ken's family. I will miss him dearly. Ken was my Drill Sgt. back in 1973 when I was going through MP School at Ft. Gordon. He left a remarkable impression on me that still is with me today. We were reunited back in the mid 80's when I worked at the MP Activity and he joined the Physical Security Section at Ft. Gordon. His nick name for me was "Rat". Ken was a fine man and friend and I will pray for him and will always treasure his memory.
