NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. - Funeral Services for Mr. Ronnie J. Craven, 63, of Oakhurst Drive, who entered into rest February 13, 2012, will be conducted Thursday morning at 10 o'clock from the Posey Funeral Chapel. Rev. Brent Carr officiating. Interment in Pineview Memorial Park. Mr. Craven was a life-long resident of North Augusta and a member of Victory Baptist Church. He was the owner of Craven Auto Salvage. Mr. Craven enjoyed traveling and was an avid boater who loved the lake and going to the beach. He was preceded in death by his son Ryan Craven and his wife, Deborah Harville Craven. Survivors include two daughters and a son-in-law, Dianne and Luther Kirby, Jr., Evans, GA, Rhonda Craven Weathers, Appling, GA; a brother and sister-in-law, Donnie and Joni Craven, North Augusta, SC; a sister and brother-law, Joyce and Jack Gregory, Beech Island, SC; 7 grandchildren, Jordan Kirby, Chloe Kirby, Mickey Weathers, Bethany Weathers, Meagan Weathers, Brittany Weathers and Zachary Weathers; 2 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Brad Bryan, Greg Kirby, Jr., Leo Charette, Britton Russo, Harry Cook and Henry Mason. The family will receive friends at the funeral home this Wednesday evening from 5 until 7.
