Phillip, Paula and everyone,
My heart aches for you. My own heart aches as you know I love all of you and have stayed in touch with kids and loved watching them growing up. Everytime I look at a photo of how beautiful they are I can hear you telling me "my girls are not dating till they are 18, etc" They all have good heads on their shoulders and have grown into lovely young women and young man.
I wish I could have been in Georgia to see you but I will see you on Saturday. I hurt for you, I hurt for Lori and Christoher and MawMaw along with everyone.
I have learned a lot lately through Cancer and what my Mom went through that time is precious so hang on to all the lovely memories and the fact that through our Faith all will be together again someday.

My heart aches for your loss. We have been lifting your family up in prayer. I remember every Friday how Phillip or Paula would bring special lunches for the kids at FCS. Oh how I've always loved your sweet precious children. Joseph and Taylor were such good friends when they were young. Sydney was in my third grade class for a little while. Alexis, you were always so kind. Paula you showed me such kindness with that gift basket when I had cancer. Your family makes the lives of the people that know them richer. I know it has mine. Praying for the peace that passes all understanding.
I know Scottie is safe in our Lord's arms.
