Stephen Hutto Obituary
Mr. Hutto was a native of Barnwell, having made Lincolnton his home for the past three years. He was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church, a US Navy Veteran of Viet Nam and employed by American Home Patient. Mr. Hutto was predeceased by his parents, Reverend Manley Hutto and Myrtice Westall; a sister, Susan Kay Arrington; a brother, Bevill Hutto.
Survivors include three sons, Lee (Hollie) Hutto, Thomson, Jake Hutto, Lexington, SC and Dillon Hutto, Lula, GA; two grandchildren, Patterson Hutto and Jordan Hutto; a brother, Roy Hutto, Huntsville, AL; three stepbrothers, Daney Westall, Jerry Westall and Freddie Westall; two stepsisters, Cathy Whaley and Cynthia Athanaelos; his companion, Joy Hewitt.
The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Fender Music Foundation, PO Box 67, Agoura Hills, CA 91376 or Cell Phones for Soldiers, 400 Washington Street, Norwell, MA 02061.

I only knew Steve from Facebook, but he used to message me occasionally , we used to talk shop-since we were both bass players, and had music in common. He seemed like a really nice person. Heaven gained a really great musician and angel. My sympathies to his family. God bless!
