Chopper was born December 10, 1965, in Aurora, IL. He is survived by his mother, Toni Marie (Donelson) Turnage, and his father, Macio S. Edwards. His daughter, Alisha L. Freeman-McLin (Josh); his grandchildren, Bentlei, Octavia, Asher, Lillian, and Kendall. His brother Raymond "Rocky" Turnage III, Macio "Poodles" Edwards, and Step-Father Raymond Turnage Jr. preceded him in death.
He was the oldest of his brothers and sister in Aurora (Ingrid, Sellie (Anna), Manuel, Alex (Bridget), and Jermaine (Tamika)) and he was dearly loved by his siblings in Joliet, IL. He will also be greatly missed by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends who were like family.
Funeral services will be
at 11am on Saturday, July 2, 2022
at James Funeral Home
