Dustin Kenneth Vaughn

Dustin Kenneth Vaughn, age 25, of Plano, IL, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, May 18, 2009 at his home. He was born on October 31, 1983, the son of Eugene and Deborah (Karpus) Vaughn. Dustin attended Plano Christian Church in Plano, IL. He had a great love of his family. His family and friends thought of Dustin as a "free bird". Dustin was a loving son, brother, father, grandson, nephew and cousin who will dearly missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his parents, Gene and Debbie Vaughn of Plano, IL; his brothers, Derek (fiancée, Michelle Haws) of Yorkville, IL, Daniel Vaughn of Plano, IL; his sister, Darcy Vaughn of Plano, IL; his son, Dexter Vaughn of Indiana; his paternal grandparents, Eugene and Shirlee Vaughn of Mendota, IL; his maternal grandparents, Joseph and Elizabeth Karpus of Burbank, IL; as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins. A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 A.M., on Thursday, May 21, 2009, at the Larson-Nelson Funeral Home, 1010 West South Street in Plano, IL with Pastor Stan Motley, officiating. Interment will follow in the Little Rock Township Cemetery in Plano, IL. Friends may visit from 4:00 until 8:00 P.M., on Wednesday, May 20, 2009, at the Funeral Home in Plano, IL.
