Kenneth Robertson Obituary

Kenneth W. Robertson, 74, of Sugar Grove, passed away September 24, 2017, at Edward Hospital in Naperville. He was born October 24, 1942, son of Calvin and Lela (Bryant) Robertson. He proudly served in The United States Air Force, during the Vietnam War, obtaining the rank of Master Sargeant. He worked in construction for over 25 years, at Geneva Construction as Foreman. He served in The United States Air Force, during the Vietnam War, obtaining the rank of Master Sergeant. He enjoyed fishing, gardening but most of all spending time with his grand kids. He is survived by 2 daughters, Betsy (Brett) Burton, Kerry Keierleber, 4 grandchildren, Bryce, Madigan, Bennett and Brady. 1 sister, Doris and former wife, Kathy Robertson. Ken is preceded in death by his parents, and 5 brothers, Grover, Harlan, Larry, James, and Joey. Ken was always the first one to step up and help someone in need throughout his life. His kindness was evident to all who met him. He faced the tragic diagnosis of dementia with grace and dignity and never lost his ability to know his loved ones. He will be remembered with great love and affection by all who knew him. A memorial service will be held in Ken's honor at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Dieterle Memorial Home 1120 S.
