Marlene Simmons Obituary

Marlene Ruth Fecht Simmons, 82, of Sandwich, IL passed away Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at her home. She was born January 31, 1934 in Dodgeville, WI. She is survived by her children Jean (Gerald) Fisher of Sandwich, IL, Daniel Fecht of CO, JoAnn O'Malley of Elizabeth, CO, Robert Fecht of Rochelle, IL, Curt Simmons of Aurora, IL, and Karen Wagner of Red Lake, Ontario, Canada; 16 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren; her sister Carolyn Petre of Cottage Grove, MN; her brother Jerry (Judy) Williams of Madison, WI; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her first husband William Fecht; her second husband George Simmons; two sons Donald and James; her son-in-law Jake O'Malley; her parents; and two brothers Robert Williams and Donald Poland. Funeral services will be private. Arrangements were handled by THE DALEIDEN MORTUARY, 220 N. Lake St., Aurora, 630-631-5500.
