Dr. Kumar was my husband's doctor until 2007. He was the very best doctor I have ever encountered. My husband and I were always in awe of his brilliance, compassion and commitment to his patients. He was a true asset to this world. Long live his life's work through his patients and everyone that knew him.

It seems that it was only yesterday, that we lost this great man. He saw me through so much and did it with grace and compassion that I have never experienced since. When he told me that I needed a second heart surgery. He did not mess around or try and soften the blow, instead he was truthful and let me know that if I didn´t I would not be here for very much longer. I was grateful that he took the time to explain what would happen on the second surgery and what to expect. I always expected that he would outlive me by leaps and bounds, unfortunately, cancer is an insidious disease and has cut far too many lives short.

I hope that the family is doing well and is taking time to heal from this unexpected loss. I will always remember this man for the multiple times. He literally saved my life with his skill and devotion. As long as you love and remember someone, they are truly still alive and their spirit remains boundless. Blessings, once again to Dr. Kumar and his family.

Dr. Kumar was our neighbor in Cambria and he was the most humble and kind human being. He and I would meet in our driveways and chat about life. I heard so much about his life and about his son. I was devastated to hear the news about such a great person. Peace and love to the Kumar family.

My sincerest Condolences to the Kumar family. It was only recent I found this out. I was only a new patient this year but knew off the bat he was kind , patient and thorough. I just found out about Dr Kumars passing, and wanted to express my Sincerest condolences to his family!
Dr Kumar was my Moms Cardiologist, and always treated her with care, kindness, and concern for her wellbeing, especially after she developed Parkinson´s with Lewy Body Dementia. He even called me personally several times so we could coordinate her care when she wasn´t able to come to the office. He treated both she and I with compassion and respect. We lost Mom almost a year ago. Although I called and thanked his staff and asked them to extend my thanks to him, I always intended to go in person and tell him again. I am sorry that I never made it.
He was also my Step Dads Cardiologist, and George loved him! I am so sorry for your loss.
May he Rest In Peace.

Dr. Kumar had been my cardiologist since October of 2016 after my primary doctor diagnosed me with AFib. He was one of the kindest men I have ever met, and an excellent physician. I trusted him 100%, and he knew I was afraid to have Cardio Ablation, but after 6 years of treatment including cardio version twice, he convinced me to have the procedure after my heart stopped cooperating with medicine. The procedure was on January 11th of this year, and it was a complete success. My health has been restored and I owe it all to him. I'm so very sad to hear this news. Dr. Kumar touched so many lives and SAVED so many lives. He will truly be missed, and never ever forgotten. My heartfelt condolences go out to his family.
God bless you.

Famed physician William Osler of the past century is often quoted. One of his most noted is "A good physician treats the disease: A great physician treats the patient."
That well describes Anil Kumar and why he is so well admired by both his patients and friends as well as his fellow physicians.

Dr. Kumar, how do I say thank you for my life?

I am not sure, words escape me. You have cared for me for over 25 years.

The first heart attack and heart surgery in August of 2000.

The second heart attack in February of 2003.
The third heart attack and second heart surgery in August of 2009.

The forth heart attack and two stents placed in heart, in September 2013.

Plus heart attacks 5 and 6 more, while I was in the hospital with covid19. in 2020

1'st aneurysm on popliteal artery under "left knee", 06/2011

1'st aneurysms on popliteal artery above & below "right knee", 06/2014

2'nd aneurysm on popliteal artery under "left knee", 08/2016

You have gone above and beyond in coordination with other doctors, while overseeing my care during these stressful times.

You have crafted the exotic potions that work together to,keep my heart beating and my blood pressure low.

You have a wide variety of tests that you perform on me, to make sure all areas of my heart and circulation of my blood are in balance.

Over the years, you have chosen the very best doctors, nurses, technicians, administrators, clerical, financial personnel around.

I have always been treated in the most professional manner, while being taken care like a member of the family. I know people
come and go, but you have always chosen the most excellent talent available.

I often put my hand over my chest just to feel my heart beat, I know what a miracle this is,

I am alive because you are a extraordinary healer.

I put my belief in God in all things, I know he works wonders. Sometimes he works them through men. I believe you are one of those men.

May God bless you always.

Our heartfelt condolences to Dr. Kumar´s family and staff. What a tremendous loss to the Antelope Valley. Words cannot express our sincere gratitude for the 23 years of excellent treatment Dr. Kumar provided to my mother Carolyn Stansberry. He was so very caring every time he saw her. When she first saw him in 2000 for a heart attack he asked, "Carolyn, do you smoke?" She said,"yes", he said, "not anymore ". She quit that day. She just told me last week I needed to call and schedule her a future appointment with him. She was looking forward to seeing her friend and doctor again.
She´s in the hospital right now. I´m not quite sure how I´m going to tell her this sad news. I´m sure it will be heartbreaking.
Our prayers and thoughts are with you.

A Sanskrit saying is: there is no word that can't be in a prayer, there is no herb that can't be used as a medicine, there is no human who is unsuitable for a given work. They are all available in plenty; what is very rare is a wise person, a true leader who knows where and when to utilize them.

In Dr. Anil Kumar we see this leadership very evident. He got many a great things done through the volunteers and the workers; but when the need arose he addressed many tasks himself.

We are forever indebted Dr. Anil Kumar and his family for providing such a beautiful temple for Devi Akhilandeshwari.

Dr. Anil Kumar would make it a point to talk to us in Marathi language and then very sincerely tell us to correct him if there was any mistake. Such a sweet gesture. Such a great role model.

Most sincere prayers for Dr. Kumar's family.
