William was a boy scout and a sea scout. He was a genuinely kind and wonderful young man. A good friend, always with a song in his heart and a quest for adventure. He will be missed.

William was a straight-A student in my third grade class at Joshua Elementary School He was a delight to have in the classroom and always ready for the next subject presented. He loved getting prizes for the challenge centers around the room which he was really good at finishing each week. We will all miss him
