Ada Knight Obituary

Ada Knight, passed away April 3, 2008 in Chandler, AZ. Born Ada Wallner Zundel, November 5, 1912 to Moses Abraham and Karolina Wallner Zundel in Bisbee, AZ. She was an active member of the LDS Church, and enjoyed sharing her musical and artistic talents. Her paintings grace the homes of friends and relatives. Living in Mesa, AZ for over 35 years, Ada greatly appreciated her friendships with others. She served in the Mesa Temple, taught special needs children, gave piano lessons, and worked in retail sales. She fulfilled missions in Georgia, Pennsylvania, California, Utah, and Arizona. Ada is survived by her sister, La Roma Kuhre, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by former husband, Newel Knight, and sisters, Armada Zundel, Elizabeth Thorson, and her twin, Ida Klingman. Her family is grateful for her encouragement and exemplary life. Viewing will be Saturday, April, 12, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. with the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. at Alma 6th Ward Chapel, 2252 W. Mesquite, Chandler. Interment will be April 15, 2008, at Inglewood Park Cemetery, CA. Arrangements by Bunker's Garden Chapel (480) 964-8686.
