Adam Grzybek Obituary

Grzybek, Adam Gabriel
Adam Gabriel Grzybek, 45, of Port Washington, New York, passed away on Sunday, December 4, 2011 at Wayne Memorial Hospital in Goldsboro, NC surrounded by his family. Adam was born in Englewood, New Jersey on March 24, 1966 to Krystyna Golabek Grzybek of Fremont and the late Waclaw Joseph "Walter" Grzybek. He worked as a plumber for Port Plumbing in New York but had a great passion for car restoration, boating, golfing and racing cars. Adam was a member of the Port Washington Sportsman Club. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, December 7, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Mary Roman Catholic Church with Rev. Tom Norris, O.S.F.S. presiding. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery in Fremont. In addition to his mother, Adam is survived by his wife, JoAnna Gurszen Grzybek; his daughter, Sara Krystyna Grzybek; his brothers, Mark Grzybek of Fremont, Jack Grzybek and wife Kim of Bloomingburg, NY and Ted Grzybek of Goldsboro; his sister, Anna Grzybek of Fremont; his god-children, Ysia, Melissa and Jack, Jr.; and many loving aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his dear friends, Erik and Jen Patterson and their daughter, McKenna. The family will receive friends Tuesday, December 6, 2011 from 6:00-9:00p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home and also Wednesday from 12:00-1:00p.m. at St. Mary Roman Catholic Church.
