Alfred, or as we in the family knew him, Corky was a bright spot in this universe. I don't think I ever saw him without his infectious smile on his face. He was always great to be around. We will miss you something fierce , Corky.

Rest in Peace Corky. I was prilvedged to be your Sigma Nu Fraternity brother at ASU and throughout the many years following. We had some good times together and I'll always remember what a gentleman you were. You always did "Walk in the Way of Honor...".

It is a given that Al was a brilliant man and legal scholar and fantastic lawyer. But what I remember and appreciate most about him was his welcoming and cheerful greeting and attendance. He made everyone, no matter who you were, feel like you were the most important person in the room. I will miss this truly fine gentleman. Godspeed to Al in his next journey. And Susan, as Alfie smiles down on you and the rest of us I can hear him "singing" the lyrics to the song, "Smile." LN

I attended grammar and high schools with Corky in Buckeye. When I saw him in later years, there was that big smile when he greeted me. May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Corky was a special person to me along with his parents. We lived around the corner from them in Buckeye. I cleaned his parents house for the four years I was in high school. He always said if I ever needed a job to come see him. He was always happy to hear from me and always gave me a hug when I saw him. He will be missed by many.
