Amy Rose Obituary
Amy Marie Dasenbrock Rose, 47, of Phoenix passed away on May 3, 2017. She is survived by her parents, Ray and Joyce Dasenbrock of Scottsdale; her brother, Cary Dasenbrock of Portland, Oregon; her uncle Ben Fryrear (Judy) of Jacksonville, Florida; and her cousins. She attended Chaparral High School in Scottsdale and graduated from Northern Arizona University with a degree in Hotel Restaurant Management. Amy will be remembered for her infectious laugh and her love of animals, especially dogs. She was a volunteer at the Arizona Humane Society. A Remembrance of Life Service In memory of Amy will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, June 10, at Hansen

Amy and I were introduced by our mutual friend Julie. Julie wanted to make sure I had a friend up in Flagstaff at NAU since I was going to be new there and just starting. Amy and I developed a great friendship. The best thing about it was we could almost read each others minds and predict what we were going to say. I believe, somehow, kindred spirits. And then...the laughter. We would laugh so hard that I could not breathe. The best kind of laughter, over and over through those short years in college. She will always have a special place in my heart for that. She had a great heart and was so kind. My sincere condolences to her family. May God bless you all.

I am so sorry for your loss. Amy and I have been friends for over thirty years. Amy is one of the funniest people I have ever met. We had been in less contact the past ten years. When we talked again, it was like no time had passed. I will greatly miss Amy and our friendship!
