Andres Orosco Obituary

Andres "Dre" Orosco, 31, went home to be with the Lord on January 8, 2008. An Arizona Native, Dre graduated from Tolleson Union High School and later received his Bachelor's from University of Phoenix. Among many things, he enjoyed bowling, computers, playing cards, magic, cartoon drawing, video games, paintballing, and gas powered r/c racing. He liked anything Star Wars and was a loyal Pittsburgh Steelers fan. He impacted many lives with his generosity, love of adventure, sense of humor, love and friendship. The impression he left on the hearts of many is immeasurable and although he will be greatly missed we can rejoice in knowing he lives for eternity in the Kingdom of Heaven. He is survived by his wife Linda, daughter Alissa and sons Andres Jr. and Anthony, his father Joe, mother Stella and brothers Joe Jr. and Christopher, his grandparents uncles, aunts, and several other family members and numerous friends. Services will be held on Wednesday, January 16, 2008 beginning at 9:00 a.m., at Lighthouse Assembly of God at 14185 N 83rd Avenue, Peoria. The viewing will take place between 9 and 10 a.m. Memorial Services will begin at 10:00. Immediately following the services, there will be a procession to Holy Cross Cemetery at 99th Avenue and Thomas.

I miss you so much my son. All 3 of your babies are so grown up now & are doing great!! You are very, very missed, each & every day. No one can ever take your place nor will they. Some days are easier than others, but as long as I have you in my heart & in my mind, you will live forever. Especially in the Kingdom of Heaven. God gives us the strength to go on, but it hasn't been easy. I carry you with me now & always. I love you forever & always. Ma

Wow, this is very, very tough for me to do. But, here we go. Dre and I have been very good friends for years! Our wifes are like sisters and alike we were like brothers. I loved everything about Dre! He is by far the best friend anyone could ever have! This life of friendship of mine is so empty without you. I miss you so much bro! I miss going online in the middle of the night and you popping up on there like "YO! What up maaan!" Lol! I miss getting our game on while the ladies cooked! Lol! We never got angry with one another and you were always there for me when needed. No questions asked! Most people will never know what TRUE friendship is and I'm so blessed to have had you in my life! I was thinking today of how you always beat Rickdawg and I in all the games and now you beat us to Heaven! Lol! You even went home a winner! Man, I can write all night! I love you bro, and I miss you more than you can ever imagine! Say hello to Christ for me, oh, and hold a spot in line for me!

Godspeed!!!
