Cook, Andrew Stuart
48, of Avondale, AZ passed away on 06/02/10, after losing his battle with esophageal cancer. Andrew was born on November 15, 1961 in Phoenix, AZ, and is survived by his wife, Janet, and three children. He had a love of classic cars and worked 27 years driving a freight truck for Napa Auto Parts. Funeral services will not be held, but a memorial service will be held at the private home of the Cook family starting at one o'clock Saturday, June 12. The family has asked that donations be made to The American Cancer Society, or Hospice of the Valley in lieu of flowers.

Thoughts and prayers for Andy, his wife Janet, their kids and his entire family. Andy is in no more pain and can finally be at peace. Remember its not how much a heart loves, but how much a heart is loved by others. Andy you will be missed and remembered often.
