Arthur Nehill Obituary
69, passed away Wednesday January 23, 2013. Artie was born Aug. 11, 1943 in Troy, New York to Arthur F. and Myrtle Nehill. He is survived by his wife Elaine of 35 years, brother Bill, sister Helen, children Barbara (Chris), Suzie (Doug), René (Jerry), Violet (Tim) Amber (Jason) Michael, 15 grandchildren & 5 great grandchildren, 1 niece, 2 nephews & grand nephew & their dog Sugar. Art began his newspaper pressman career in Troy, New York moving to Phoenix in January 1972 beginning his 30 year legacy at the Arizona Republic and Phoenix Gazette. Art enjoyed hunting, camping, playing cards, ham radio, time with family & friends along with volunteering with the Maricopa County sherriff posse. Officer of his home owner association. His favorite activity was working with Childrens Outreach Clinics, along with other functions at the El Zaribah Shrine. A celebration of life will be 6:00-9:00pm January 27 at the El Zaribah Shrine, 552 N. 40th St, Phx, AZ 85008. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the El Zaribah Shrine.

Went to Knott´s Berry Farms with Heather, Ziad, Tarek and Kayla and Frank. What a great time we had. The boys are enjoying the rides more and Having a fun time. Enjoyed riding the rides. The weather was cooler but muggy this year but still felt good. And being able to leave the park in the afternoon and go swimming at the hotel was amazing. Wish you could see how big the boys are getting mom. Love and miss you so much.
