Audrey Buckingham Obituary
Audrey Henderson Buckingham, November 1, 1925 - November 15, 2019, passed way peacefully in her sleep. The adored wife of John C. Buckingham, M.D. for over seventy (70) years; loving mother to sons John Curtis Buckingham, Jr.(Marinela), Mark Henderson Buckingham (Marie), daughters Julia Buckingham Edelmann (John) and Marcia Ellsworth Buckingham (David). Doting Nanny to John Moretti Buckingham, Philip Henderson Buckingham, Michael Ellsworth Buckingham, John Curtis Buckingham III, Grant H. Buckingham, Caroline Edelmann Fisher (Baer), Alexander Curtis Edelmann, Madeline Buckingham Edelmann, Drake Buckingham Mueller.
She was twice elected homecoming queen at her Alma Mater, Michigan State University.
A lifelong member of Kappa Alpha Theta National Fraternity for women, her smile lit up any room and cheered any heart she encountered.
A celebration of life is scheduled for December 26, 2019 from 3-5pm, at Pueblo Norte Senior Living Community located at 7090 E. Mescal Street in Scottsdale. Her family had a private time together at the Dignity Funeral Home in Scottsdale on Sunday, November 17th.
She lived as she passed, surrounded by love!
