89, of Phoenix, Arizona, went Home to her place of rest on Septeber 7th, 2017. She is survived by her children: Debra Cotton, Michael Cotton, Kenneth Cotton and Brenda Hamm; 14 grandchildren and other family and friends. A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 PM, Saturday, September 16th, 2017, at Lowmans Arizona Funeral Home, 717 West Dobbins Road, Phoenix, AZ.
