Brian Burchard Obituary
53 of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on July 22, 2011. He is survived by his loving wife, Deborah "Debbie" Lynn Burchard; son, Brandon Lee Burchard; sisters, Barbara Burchard and Diane Wurtz, stepsister, Mary Ann Hurley, and many other relatives and friends. Brian was dearly loved and will be greatly missed. Brian's Memorial Service will begin at 2:00 PM, Friday, July 29, 2011, at Lowmans Arizona Funeral Home, 717 West Dobbins Road, Phoenix, AZ. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to: Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, In Memory of Brian C. Burchard, 6931 Arlington Rd, 2nd Floor, Bethesda, Maryland, 20814. Arrangements entrusted to Lowmans Arizona Funeral Home, Inc.

merry christmas to my husband I miss you come home! hope you have a bunch of angles as friend's we are doing our best to get through this time Diane and the kid's are here and they visited your tree. It was hard for the kids because they loved you so much .. same for Diane but she was there right after you went to Heaven and found great comfort in being there. I do too but you know that already. My thoughts and prayers go out to Debbie & Brandon and the rest of Brian's family. Burch for many years up at the lake we were all like brothers and I will always remember our years as friend at the lake and in Arizona fondly. Although we hadn't talk recently you will be missed... and yes we were a little crazy back then.

It is with great sadness that I respond to the news of Brian's death! My thoughts and prayers are for all surviving members and friends of Brian. I do remember him as a student at my school (Traver School) and he was enjoyed by everyone. (I also had his sisters and Mary Ann was in the first class I had at Traver). I am sure he is missed by everyone that ever knew him.

Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this difficult time. We just had our class reunion, and we were all talking about Brian and remembering how much fun we had down in the BA and Trinke Estates and wondering what Brain was up to and where he was. He was a wonderful person. Brian had the most beautiful blue eyes and his smile was incredible. He always knew how to use that smile when we were about to get into trouble. He will be missed. Rest in peace, Brian.

It has been 45 days since you have been gone. I think about you everyday. You meant so much too our kids and the babies miss uncle Brian when we go too walmart. Have a hard time going by the toys, it breaks my heart that the most loving uncle is gone. I just don't understand why. I've been thinking of you everyday since you left, trying hard to understand why, and trying to get on, I finally started to clean out the garage- imagine that! man you (okay we) have alot of stuff, gonna have a yard sale this week-end, not sure if I'm gonna move or stay in this house, it's nice to have a place to go visit with you, the tree. I miss you so much, this is really hard without you, but I'll keep going till I see you in Heaven-your wife forever Debbie.

Every now and then we have the good fortune of sharing our lives with a great big-hearted, colorful, loving human being. Brian was all that and much more. He touched our family so deeply he became a Williams. He will always be my brother. He was a wonderful father and husband. I miss you already, Brian, your contagious laugh, your ability to make everyone smile and feel better. This world just won't be the same. Rest in peace, dear Brian.

So Big Brother Brian, Just because I order a Grilled cheese Sandwich and ask for ham on it, Does not always mean it is on the menu!!That is what Mike said. Our other fishing partner Mike Bradfute. Mike and I sat here today talking about our Sunday fishing trips.You with that little tiny pole just so you could feel the tug of the fish a little better. So long Brian, you sure touched a lot of peoples lives,, mine included. I'll always remember the good times at Coyote's Bar in Lemmon Valley. I salute the best chicken wing cook I've ever had the pleasure to know!

Debbie my dear it's been awhile since we've been in touch and I'm so sorry to hear about Brian. I don't know what to say except the 2 of you were so good together. I have so many memories of you both. I miss all the times we shared but will forever have them in my heart and soul where they will remain forever. May Brian rest in peace and finally feel at rest. I remember the day I hired you at 5331! I knew right from the start what a great person you where. Always came to work with that awesome smile of yours and couldn't wait to crack at least 2 or 3 jokes a day. Brian you touched alot people while you where down here. Heaven must of needed an angel with big beautiful eyes and smile. A contagious laugh and a heart of gold! As nothing else makes any sense! Brian will always be remembered as the big guy with the smile. He always knew what it took to make others smile and laugh just as he did. Brian was eager to help in every way possible. Brian was an amazing co-worker he always made me smile i enjoyed working in toys while he was working in hard wear right next to my dept. he made the job a little better to deal with. he will be greatly missed i will never forget the day he tried to teach me how to mix paint and he kept saying i was such a blonde because i couldnt get it right...you made an impact on my life and i will always remember the advice you gave me Brian and i will always keep it close to my heart.

Brian was an awesome uncle. He gave the best advice and could make me laugh or smile with the littlest effort. He didn't forget a THING - and if he could poke fun at you for something, it could go on for years, especially if it was good. Believe me... I KNOW. :) He was a big part of a big family and he fit in from day one. I'll miss him forever and I'll never forget him. I think Heaven is a little bit louder now - in the best way.
No bond is as great as that between a parent and child. Brian was an amazing, loving father to Brandon and will live forever through his son.

Brian was one of a kind and made a lasting impression on everyone he met, always a handshake, hug and/or a kiss. He had a big voice, but a bigger heart.
