Cathy Miranda Obituary
Cathy Elizabeth Bowers Miranda, born March 14, 1946, left us on March 21, 2015. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. Cathy was born in Safford, AZ to Leo C. and Ruth Bowers. She was preceded in death by her son, Shane Bowers, and her brother, Orville Bowers, and sister, Lynda Dodge. Cathy was such a delight to have in our lives. She was beautiful inside and out. She always listened when you needed her to. During the last year of her life, she spent many hours with her daughter (and best friend) Terri, laughing, talking and reminiscing long into the night, creating special memories to be cherished forever. Cathy is survived by her husband, Raul Miranda, her daughter Terri Bowers-Crawford (Chip), grandsons Cory and Dylan Crawford, and siblings Jim Bowers (Lou), Clifford Bowers (Val), Klonda Ball, Darla Taylor, Lynard Bowers (Eleanor), and Becky Kasper. Services will be held Thursday, March 26 at 10:00 AM at Meldrum Mortuary, 52 N Macdonald, Mesa, AZ 85201.
