So many people got together on the 28th of Sept. to honor Curtis with their stories and memories. It was such a tribute to Curtis to have his friends and coworkers come together for him. Everyone remembered him the same: kind hearted, gentle soul, pleasant demeanor, selfless, dedicated and giving. We love you Curtis and miss you. You were truly one of the good guys.

Goodbye my partner, best friend, companion, travel buddy, and the love of my life. Having you in my life for the time I did was an amazing experience. I cherish our time together and the wonderful memories we built. Wish it could have been many more years but God had a different plan for you. I feel like you are around me still but now in a different way. Goodbye Mr. Blue Eyes...miss seeing the happiness, love, joy, laughter, and wonder in them. Do you know any good hikes? :)

Curtis,
I always thought you had the most beautiful eyes I'd ever seen. I think I told you that each time we were all together. But behind those eyes was the most loving, easy-going, fun guy to be around. I will truly miss are game nights and get togethers. Curt and I will miss you dearly, but we will see you again. Love, Janine

Curtis, you came and left us too soon. In the short time we knew Curtis, we experienced the tender, gentle-hearted spirit that God blessed him with. We remember very fondly the evenings Curtis and Judy shared their lives with us. Curtis greatly blessed our small group with his stories and sharing his life. We will miss Curtis and hope that all of Curtis' family friends remember the good that Curtis brought into their lives. We were encouraged by Curtis' expresssion of faith in his savior. Knowing his faith, we look forward with great anticipation to new experiences we will share with Curtis in our eternal home. Curtis went to be with Jesus before us, but we are coming soon. Curtis will forever be in our hearts and minds. Heaven is most likely rejoicing with his presence. He'll be greatly missed by all of us here on earth. He was taken from us much to early. May his family have peace and remember all the good times.
