David Brown Obituary
59, of Chino Valley, Arizona passed away on June 17, 2016. David worked the majority of his career at the City of Phoenix, retiring in 2010 after 26 years. After moving to the Prescott, Arizona area, he became a volunteer Arizona Ranger of the Lonesome Valley detachment. Finding his dream home in Chino Valley with his own 'man cave garage', he enjoyed his time working on various projects as well as a collectible car. David is survived by his wife of 37 years, Mary L. (Molly), daughter Katie N. Baxter, son-in-law Abe and 3 grandsons, James, Layne and Jase, and sisters Phyllis A. Wallace and Catherine Jean Burton. He is preceded in death by his parents Catherine Josephine (French) Brown and Winfred Roy Brown. David was under the wonderful care of Maggie's Hospice of Prescott and elected to make a whole body donation through Science Care. At David's request, no services will be held. Donations can be made to Maggie's Hospice, 314 N. Alarcon St, Prescott, AZ 86301.

To the Brown family,
My name is Billy Moreno I very sadden to hear of Dave's passing.I first met Dave in 1988 when I started working for the City of Phoenix,Dave was a mechanic 2 and I was a utility helper.Dave soon became my go to guy ,his knowledge of the equipment and the operation of the plant was beyond reproach.As I moved up the ladder so did Dave so much so that he became my supervisor,I was very happy for him as he worked very hard to achieve all his promotions. I will miss Dave. My prayers go out to all of the Brown family,may your journey thru this difficult part of your lives be lessened knowing that Dave was a positive influence on this earth.
