77, married to Elizabeth Joyce (Hull) Van Vleet, went to be with the Lord November 9th, 2012. David was born on June 8, 1935 to Lawrence Van Vleet and Lovina (Woodman) and raised in Lodi, NY. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, and their 5 children: Diana (Dan) Pearson, Tom Van Vleet, Barbara (Vernon) Van Vleet-Marsh, Paul (Hilde) Van Vleet and Peter (Larissa) Van Vleet. He has 9 wonderful grandchildren. His siblings are Harriet Wagner, Ruth Wagner, Stanley Van Vleet and preceded in death by his brother Dr John Van Vleet. The Memorial Service will be held at Scottsdale Bible Church Chapel at 11am on Mon, Nov 12. I worked with Dave at General DataComm and knew him to be a faithful servant of The Lord. You could always count on Dave to do a great job for customers and was respected by GDC employees. Joyce please know that Dave will be missed and we will pray for you in this difficult time.
