I knew Delia during our high school years (early--early 80's). I had been trying to get in touch with her these last couple of years--had no such luck. However, I want to share my condolences with the family. Delia was a good friend to me during my high school years. Got me a lots of trouble sometimes--but, hey--that comes with the territory of trying to "mix in." I loved Delia. I shall always remember our friendship. She was always smiling and just happy. My prayers and love go out to the family. Thank you for sharing Delia with us all. She has definitely left a footprint in my life. Gracie S. (Santa Cruz) Miles (Sacaton (Gila River), Arizona)

I loved Delia from the moment I met her, she was my sistger in law but more of a sister. Her laugh her tears her unconditional love she gave sometimes hard to understand the love but once she loved you it was forever. Delia was a woman that few people really knew, I feel blessed that I had the opportunity to love her, laugh with her, cry with her, I will forever have a hole in my heart that will never heal until I see her again. Her eyes will be clear again, her face free from pain, the Most Beautiful Hair I have ever seen even when she was the most ill. Delia I know you are with your father. I know you never recovered from his death and you and he are now together for all eternity. I know his passing was something you never recovered from and I KNOW you and he are together where you belong. Blessings to you and all of your family and the people who loved you. Cheryl Aguayo Jones, Your sister, your fried, I will see you again.
