Diane fought the battle harder than anyone we will ever know. She was the most compassionate, caring person any of us could be connected to. There really are no words to describe the loss the world she was connected to will experience. She kept all the pieces together. She always looked at the bright side. She was the bright light in darkness. Her strength during her illness will not go unnoticed. However, she will will be so greatly missed in our lives. On that day our lights dimmed...but in her honor, I hope that her brightness will shine for ever through those who knew and loved her and that we share her passion for children and life as we live each day we are given.
