Dear Gerry and family,
I was not able to sign the guest book the day of Dick's funeral. Your family has always been so wonderful to me. It just does not seem possible he could be gone. Bennett Miller put it best "He is on his last trail ride."
Much love and like,
Machelle McNeill

Dear Brian & all the Hanger family,
Although I only met Dick once I know he was a great guy, and I know that you and your family have suffered a great loss. May the love of family and friends help comfort and strengthen you in the days ahead. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Gerry,
Sorry to read about Dick as we were out of town this past week.
I have very fond memories of the days at UDA and the Young Cooperators, those were the some good old days.
Our prayer and thoughts are with you and your family.

I remember our times as kids growing up and going to Kyrene, riding the old T-bus with Mr. Miller @ the wheel, yelling to you as you got off in front of your house "to head straight for the barn after school". Our lives didn't mesh much after, but you can bet I will miss the memories of the times we were together. My deepest sympathy to you.
Sincerely, John Sr.

Geri and Family, I was sorry to read about Dick's death. I remember you as one of the first couples I met when Wendell Rote and I moved to Tempe. You and Dick were so much fun and so welcoming. Your former home on McClintock is near my son Wendell's house and I think of both of you every time I drive by. Dick was a great guy...a real guy. I'm so sorry for your loss, your family's loss, Tempe's loss.

I am so sorry for your loss. Dick was a wonderful man to do business with at John Trimble, Inc. As parts manager, it was always a pleasure for me to see him walk through the door.
You and your family are in my prayers.
